Every floor in the Harry Potter cafe in Seoul is decorated with a different theme. It’s made to look vintage and be set in the 1980s when the Harry Potter films took place.

The second floor has a large seating area. It’s very vintage inspired by what I’m assuming is the Hogwarts Castle.

The third floor finally opened and it has long tables designed to look like the Great Hall. They are adorned with candelabras and low lighting. Feeling like a witch or wizard yet? I could have sworn I saw a house elf in an overlarge golf hat skitter by!

  1. Wow the cafe does look so from the Harry Potter world! I am going to put it on my list of must visit when in Seoul since my kid is a big fan. I know she will definitely love this cafe setup.

    • She will definitely love it. It’s very kid friendly and I think that by the time you visit the crazy hype will have died down.

  2. LOL I did take the test – apparently I’m a Hufflepuff, which would surprise most people! As a person, I’m more a Ravenclaw or even – in some situations – Slytherin. But, I will say that I do thrive when surrounded by Hufflepuff types – all my best and closest friends are. So maybe the Sorting Hat is wise 😉

    • I think the Sorting Hat got it wrong! I would have thought I would have been in Slytherin because of my huge ambition and drive. Who knows what’s up with the sorting hat? lol
