Sin City is known for being extra and they go all out during the holiday season. In this post, I’m going to take you along the best places to see Christmas lights in Vegas. If you’re wondering what to do in Vegas at Christmas, then this list of free and paid activities will be sure to tickle your fancy.
Bellagio Conservatory
When: December 2025 – January 2026
From December 1st throughout the Christmas season, the Bellagio Conservatory puts on all the Christmas magic. In fact, it’s so beautiful it will even light up Scrooge McDuck’s life. The best part about this attraction? It’s FO’ FREE.
It’s one of the most Instagrammable Places in Las Vegas and it smells like heaven on Earth!
It was by far one of my favorite places to get into the Christmas spirit. You’re even a short walk away from the Bellagio Fountains where they have one of the best Christmas lights show in Las Vegas.
Cowabunga Bay Festival of Lanterns
Dates: November 2023 – February 2024
If you love beautiful Asian things and want to see how stunning Asian lantern festivals are, you don’t want to miss this. Cowabunga Bay will be having a Festival of Lanterns this year. This is the largest, first, and only authentic Chinese Lantern Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Don’t miss out on enchanted illuminations, delicious food and drink offerings, and unique Holiday experiences. General admission tickets start at $25.95 and youth admission is $21.95.
Enchant Christmas Village
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
For those magic holiday feels, check out the Enchant Christmas Village. The event will take place at Las Vegas Ball Park.
The holiday lights in Vegas are stunning and this Christmas pop up is bringing it. The experience includes an Ice Skating Trail, a locally curated Christmas Market, an opportunity to meet Santa and a custom-designed, 90,000 square foot light maze.
The theme is storybook magic and you’ll feel like you’re in your own Christmas story. Tickets cost $29 for adults and $19 for kids 2 -12 years old.
Glittering Lights At Las Vegas Motor Speedway
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
Glittering Lights is Nevada’s biggest holiday light show with a 2.5 mile stretch. It will be sure to put a smile on your face and the warm fuzzies in your soul. This light show has been praised by CNN as one of the “Best Places To See Christmas Lights in The US.” Weekend value tickets start at $25.
Giant Gingerbread House at the Aria Resort & Casino
Dates: November 2025 – January 2025
What an incredibly sweet and delectable site to behold with the giant gingerbread house on display at the Aria Resort & Casino. This confectionary delight stands at a colossal 15 feet tall, seven feet wide, and 12 feet deep.
The ginger bread house is actually made out of edible parts! We’re talking more than 400 pounds of gingerbread, 64,000 peppermints, 200 pounds of royal icing, 80 pounds of chocolate and over a thousand pounds of candy. This is a great free attraction as well!
Holiday Lights at The High Roller at the LINQ Las Vegas
Dates: December 2025
The Winter Park at the LINQ Las Vegas is a great opportunity with family fun! They erect a 30 foot tubing hill, decorate with thousands of lights, and play Christmas music.
Not only that, there is a stunning Christmas lights display inside the car. The Ferris wheel will don over 2,000 twinkling holiday lights and be syncing to your favorite Christmas tunes. The show runs every hour on the half hour from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. through Dec. 28.
Magical Forest at Opportunity Village
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
The Magical Forest at Opportunity Village returns for their 30th season. This is a festive all-ages theme park in Las Vegas. It is an outdoor event so be sure to dress warmly.
Merry Crimson at the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026 (every Thursday – Sunday night)
If you’re looking to reject winter by lounging poolside with over the top Christmas decorations, then you need to check out the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. The event is free too! Make sure you taste their delicious holiday drinks while you’re at it!
9. Palazzo Waterfall Atrium & Gardens at Christmas
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
This will really put the jingle in your bell. Every year, The Palazzo Atrium is transformed into a winter fantasy. You’ll find snow-covered trees measuring up to 20-feet tall, swirling holiday lights, giant pine cones, and thousands of fresh poinsettias.
10. Snow in The Square at Town Square Las Vegas
Dates: December 2025
Although it doesn’t really snow in Vegas, you can definitely count on seeing flurries here. All this is set to your favorite Christmas music. It lasts about ten minutes and starts at 7pm.
11. The Ice Rink at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
The Ice Rink at Boulevard Pool in the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas features hot adult beverages, holiday movies, and fire pits. If you’re excited about the fire pits, then you’ll be pleased to make s’mores there too!
The Cosmopolitan Ice Rink was named USA Today’s 10 Best Ice Skating Rinks in North America. The fire pits to make s’mores are high in demand and also expensive asf (costing a whopping $300 per two hour experience). For the ice skating rink only, it costs $30 and admission is for all day.
Winter Wonderland at Mystic Falls Park at Sam’s Town
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
The largely anticipated Winter Wonderland at Mystic Falls Park at Sam’s Town will be returning. This year’s display will feature festive decor, more than 26,000 light points, and a holiday laser show.
The Winter Wonderland will also display an 18 foot Christmas tree. There will also be animated teddy bears that can be seen playing, dancing and decorating the park.
These bears were handmade by a family in Italy. The tradition began in 1994 and has been a family favorite through the ages. What’s another thing we love about it? Admission is completely free!
Wynn’s Winter Wonderland
Dates: December 2025
This year, the Wynn Las Vegas Winter Wonderland is inspired by Gulliver’s travels. You can discover a six intricately crafted whimsical miniature wintery villages take up residence in the Atrium adjacent.
Ethel M Chocolate Factory
Dates: November 2025 – January 2026
If you’re tired of the Las Vegas strip, then you’re invited to watch tasty chocolate be made. Don’t forget to stroll through Ethel M’s famous cactus garden! With over a million twinkling lights, it’s incredible to see what you can come up with in a three acre cactus garden and imagination.
