Many times, I’ve been asked if I’m part Korean because of how freakishly good I am at finding the most aesthetic cafes and bars in Korea. Now, I don’t gate keep because sharing is caring, so I’m going to share with you the most Instagrammable cafes in Busan South Korea. You’ve come to the right place! I’m always on the lookout for pristine beaches and the most unique cafes with beautiful scenery.

So why should you trust me above all the other bloggers out there? Simple. I lived in South Korea for almost six years and the amazing opportunity to experience the most picturesque spots and Korean cafe culture. The second-largest city in the country has a lot to offer and Busan cafes are definitely worth the visit!

1. Avenir Cafe

This stunning Busan Cafe has incredible views of the city and mountains. Avenir Cafe also offers delicious croissant pastries with fresh grape, kiwi, and strawberry on top. Come during sunset for that warm golden glow.

2. Base Ocean View Cafe

The cafe is styled like something you would see in Santorini with white furniture. You can see the glittering blue ocean in the background and feel the ocean breeze on your face. Their bagels and bread come highly recommended as well.

Bibibidang is a Korean hanok cafe that serves various types of traditional Korean tea, which you can enjoy while seated with a view of Cheongsapo Port. The main attraction of his cafe is the view of Haeundae Beach Train and Sky Capsule on the Green Railway. They even offer a tea class.

4. Botanic Aden

This beautiful cafe is a popular choice for nature lovers. The best things about this cafe are all the hanging flowers from the ceiling and the stream running through it. It’s seriously like a fairytale in the middle of Busan!

5. Avant Garde Cafe Busan

For excellent views of the Gamcheon Cultural Village, you have to come here! It’s located at the highest point of the village which makes it quite the hike. They have an outdoor seating area overlooking this rainbow-colored village. Undoubtedly the best view of the village is from thus cafe and you’re guaranteed to take gorgeous photos! Don’t forget to snap a pic with the Little Prince statue on your way out. 

6. Coffee It House Cafe 

They have really cute photos zones featuring a cute floral London phone both and a rose wall. This is also located in the Gamcheon Culture Village. 

7. Cafe Btonic

Cafe Btonic is the perfect place for an ocean view of the Busan coast. I personally visit cafes for the views they offer and this place doesn’t disappoint. It is operated on the 6th and 7th floors. The “second floor” is where the rooftop is located. Their most popular drink is the BTonic classic which is coffee from a Mocha pot and topped with soft milk foam. 

8. Casa Busano

Casa Busano is a European inspired cafe along Gwangalli Beach. It’s popular at all hours of the day, but mostly at night when the bridge lights up. They have European style coffee and pastries.

9. Cafe Hito

This is one of the best cafes to visit for a little bit of Japan in South Korea. For those who don’t speak Japanese, Hito means person. It is a quiet Korean cafe with a chill atmosphere and friendly staff. The desserts are a mixture of both Korean and Japanese. It’s definitely a cute hidden gem!

Can I get an amen that Busan has the best rooftop sea view? If you’re looking for one of the most insta-worthy cafes in Busan, then I got you, sis. Drinks start at 5,000 won at Cafe Rooftop Top. They also serve desserts and snacks. Their cozy atmosphere makes for a popular destination.

11. Carin Yeongdo Place

Another stunning Instagram worthy cafe in Busan, Carin Yeongdo Place has some of the most stunning rooftop views of Busan. At night it’s a great place to see the Busan Harbor Bridge with it’s rainbow lights at night. Their drinks start at 6,000 won. If you’re interested, you can also book a Busan night tour that takes up up the Songdo Cable Car, The Bay 101, Gwangalli Beach, and Yeongdo Seaside Park.

12. Cafe Yoon

Cafe Yoon is a beautiful and spacious coffee shop. Enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out their large windows into the sea. They offer seasonal menus and are really popular for their Afogato. 

13. Cheese Form Busan

The inside of the cafe is completely yellow, and you guessed it…cheese themed. Cheese Form Cafe in Busan offers delicious soufflé and great views of Gwangalli Beach. 

14. Coralani Cafe

This little cafe offers outdoor seating with amazing views of the ocean through glass panels. The property also has an adults only room so you can enjoy your coffee and pastries in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. 

15. Deogama Cafe

This is the perfect spot for your afternoon coffee. It’s a good place to partake in traditional Korean culture because it is inside a hanok. This is definitely a unique experience if you want to get closer to Korean culture. 

16. Duplit Cafe

Duplit reminds me a cute seaside cafe you would find in Hawaii or Okinawa. Their menu item of banana pudding is a must try! What’s more is that during Christmas, the entire ceiling is decorated with ornaments.

17. Edge 993

Next on our list of beautiful cafes in Busan we have Edge 993. It’s right next to the Haeundae Blueline Park so you can enjoy the rooftop seats while you wait for the car ride. It’s very highly rated for the sunset views. 

18. Greetvi Coffee

Greetvi Coffee s a popular spot. This trendy cafe has enormous floor-to-ceiling windows. It kind of reminds me of a college classroom the way the seating is lined up. Here you can choose from a wide variety of delicious handmade bread. The snow bread has fresh strawberries and cream inside and is a popular pick. 

19. Hwabong Coffee (화봉커피)

Korea never ceases to amaze me with the gorgeous interiors of their cafes. This three story cafe has various photo zones with low hanging chandeliers. They offer various coffees, bingsu, and cakes. Hwabong Coffee is also dog friendly!

20. Huinnyeoul Beach

The beautiful cafe in the Huinnyeoul Culture Village is definitely worth a visit! The first thing you notice is that is completely pink and cute. The cafe is beach themed and you get your order taken on the first floor and proceed down to the basement for the views. They top their croissant pastries with fresh fruit.

21. Lobby Lounge Park Hyatt Busan

The Lobby Lounge is the best place for afternoon tea in Busan. Like all amazing bougie hotels in Korea, you can definitely expect stellar service and beautiful views of the ocean from the 30th floor. 

22. Mumok Cafe

This cafe has a very modern and minimalist interior. Here they offer Asian style afternoon tea sets. For the aesthetic, they have an artificial waterfall and stream. It’s very pretty!

23. Ogu Cafe

The fourth floor of the building is pet friendly and offers a beautiful view of the Busan ocean from the top floor. It’s also dog friendly as long as your furry bestie is well behaved. You can see Songdo in the distance and the lighthouse.

24. Old Mug Cafe

Old Mug Cafe is one of the most gorgeous cafes for a cottage core feel. It’s very nicely decorated and blue hydrangeas surround the cafe in spring. The on property shop sells flowers. There’s a back deck with terrific views of the sea. The bakery offers an assortment of made in house breads and sandwiches. 

25. Piv Bar

Although not a cafe, the best time to go is at night. They offer a variety of wines, whiskey, and good food. If you want to drink where the locals do, check out Piv Bar. At first glance you wouldn’t know this is a dive bar with amazing views of Busan at night. 

26. Port 1902

One of the best Instagram worthy cafes in Busan, Port 1902 offers amazing cafe serves drinks like ade, cocktails, and coffee. Port 1902 also offers snacks and food. The best part? They’re located right by the ocean and have a swimming pool to entertain their customers. It’s also dog friendly. They’re open pretty late so make sure to stay long enough for the pool party to get going and the neon signs to turn on. 

27. Sinki Industry Cafe

This cafe offers beautiful views of Yeongdo Island. It’s a little hard to get to via public transportation, but the scenery of the port city is totally worth it! Their milk tea is highly rated. 

28. Suwol Gyeonghwa

This cafe has a simple hanok exterior with superb views of the ocean. Going along with the theme, they serve various traditional Korean desserts and drinks.If you go on the weekend, go early because people will be lining up on the first level to get all best seats.  

29. Snoopy Place

This adorable seaside cafe with wonderful views is Snoopy themed. If you love the show Peanuts, you’re going to want to buy the official merchandise and try their drinks and desserts. It is also dog friendly so you can bring your pup outside. 

30. RendéJà-Vous

This next cafe is the best spot for coastal city views. Visit in the morning as it gets very crowded during lunch time. The draw to this cafe is of course the views of Haeundae Beach. It’s also best for sunset. 

31. Rovin Museum Cafe Busan

I absolutely love the concept of this cafe. It’s modeled after an American 1950s diner and the decor is so on point! If you’re feeling a little homesick then you can also purchase some of the memorabilia. Robin Museum offers good coffee, great homemade biscuits, and a small menu of typical American food.

32. Yopcoffee

This cafe very much reminds me of Japan in the 2000s. It is decorated with pink, manga covers, and other cute Japanese paraphernalia. Even the desserts are cute and Japanese themed. You gotta try the fresh strawberry parfait and Hello Kitty cakes. The melon soda float is another must try! 

33. Victoria Bakery Garden

Victoria offers delicious pastries and breads baked fresh daily. They have beautiful views of the greenery and mountains. What drew my eye was the nod toward Victorian architecture as I am a huge fan of the literature during that time period. The staff here are friendly and the atmosphere is amazing.

34. Wave On Coffee

This beautiful cafe is located right next to the ocean in Gijang County. It’s one of the most popular places for the views. Their coffee and drinks start at 5,500 won and go up. Wave On Coffee also sell a variety of merchandise such as coffee bags, cups and ecobags.

35. Cafe BMD

This cafe reminds me of a secret garden. I love the cottage aesthetic of the cafe. They serve various coffees and wines. In addition, they have a large selection of fruit croissants. It reminds me of a cafe you would see in the French countryside.
