Jeju is a small island off the coast of mainland Korea and is also known as the Hawaii of Korea. It’s also home to a lot of new cafes with good drinks, delicious food, and a nice view of the ocean. Going cafe hopping in Korea is one of my favorite things to do. I did all the research for you so you can go to all the best Instagrammable cafes in Jeju. 

Many of these cafes are among the most popular tourist attractions for their gorgeous views and delicious coffee. Plus many Jeju Island cafes have a great assortment of green tea and Hallabong tea. The best time to visit is in the morning for the best seats.

1. Lazy Pump

Located at the famous Aewol cafe street, this unique cafe has an urban grunge feel to it. This cafe has a beautiful view of the ocean and large glass windows. This Jeju cafe is a repurposed a building that used to be a fish farm. There are three floors of fun plus outdoor seating. It’s also pet friendly!

2. Cafe Knotted Jeju Aewol

Cafe Knotted is one of the best cafes in Korea. You’ll find multiple locations throughout Seoul. It is located where the old Cafe Palmpane used to be. For photo spots that give you that beachy feel, you’ll love this cafe. It has a pink vintage feel to it. Don’t forget to get a flat white cup of coffee with your walnut cream cheese donut. I hope in the future they will also offer a vegan donut! 

3. Sunset Cliff

Sunset Cliff is one of the most beautiful cafes on the Aewol cafe road for sunset. It’s the perfect place to wind down after a long day. The drinks are expensive, but they have a DJ that sets the chill vibe. It’s a great spot for ending your day in Jeju. One of the top things to drink are their highball cocktails. 

4. Tribe Aewol

Tribe Cafe is another establishment among the Aewol coffee shops. It has a great view of the ocean and is a good place for the Hallabong (Jeju orange) soufflé pancakes. They’re so light and tasty! If you go on the second floor, it’s the deck and you can sit outside. 

5. Bomnal Cafe

Next on Jeju’s cafes that yo HAVE to visit is the Bomnal Cafe. It has an incredible view of the sea. This small café is another popular destination among the Aewol Coffe Road. Bomnal Cafe has huge glass windows where you an see beautiful scenery and sweeping coastal views. Definitely try their speciality, Jeju Tangerine Milk Tea. This nice cafe is also a Korean drama filming location.

6. Team Blow

The Team Blow Cafe in Jeju is anther great place to take aesthetic photos of Jeju. It’s a popular spot with many people taking photos near their floor to ceiling windows. Here you can go down to Hanam Beach and watch the Jeju Haenyeo aka real life mermaid women divers in action. Fun fact, they are a Korean National Treasure and as such, get free healthcare! 

7. Hagalbi Guksu

Though not a cafe, it is the perfect spot to have dinner with an ocean view. You can see stunning views of beautiful beaches will you eat Korean barbecue. This is truly a hidden gem and you definitely should visit on your next trip. During peak season you should make a reservation. 

8. Mou Moon Cafe

Mou Moon Cafe in Jeju is characterized by their huge windows facing Woljeongri Beach. Their indoor seating area gives fantastic ocean views. They are a favorite cafe among tourists and locals alike for their good food and fresh bakery. 

9. Mystic 3 Cafe

This is a patio and garden with beautiful views of Halla Mountain. The cafe is kid friendly and the outdoor portion is pet friendly. Mystic 3 Cafe also features an arch in the shape of a heart made with the lava rocks of Jeju.

10. Starbucks Reserve Jeju Songdang Park

The Jeju Starbucks Reserve is the biggest one in Korea. It’s also one of the most beautiful places in Jeju with a gorgeous view of Hallasan—which is a must-visit UNESCO Heritage Site. This is a beautiful coffee shop in Korea which adds to making it a unique experience! This Jeju Starbucks is considered one of the top ten Starbucks in Korea

11. Appomingo Cafe

This beautiful cafe has beautiful views of Seongsan Ilchulbong aka Sunrise Peak. What I like most about this cultural space is how they made furniture of Jeju’s volcanic rocks. Oppomingo Cafe is bound to be a hit on your social media. 

12. Geumneung Banjiha

This cafe and restaurant is a situated along the picturesque Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road. This is definitely a one of a kind cafe offering delicious cocktails and drinks for all the beach sunset vibes. 

14. Little Forest | 서귀포 리틀포레스트

This is a super cute vintage store with a gift shop and cafe. The decorations are adorable, it is pet friendly, and if you’re looking for a nice place to take retro photos, this is it.

15. Noeully Cafe

The great food is the main draw to this instagram worthy place in Jeju. Noeully Cafe is a famous Aewol brunch place! It is spacious and decorated like a botanical garden, with lush greenery and orange lights, giving it a Chiang Mai feel.

16. Starbucks Jeju Seogwipo

Did you know Starbucks in Jeju has special menu items? One of the best ways to get a taste of Jeju is to get the exclusive food and beverage items. They feature the Black Sesame Latte, Jeju Green Tea Bacon Cheese BagelJeju Carrot Basalt Cake, Jeju Hallabong Matcha Blended, and the Jeju Matcha Shot Cream Frappuccino. The Jeju Starbucks in Seogwipo has a very interesting exterior that looks like it came out of a Studio Ghibli film. 

17. Hotel Sand Jeju

They have an assortment of coffees, ades, and even tangerine tea. If you visit before 10:30am, the scone and coffee set is 6,900 won! If you’re looking for cafes offering lower prices, Hotel Sand Jeju has the views and atmosphere.

18. Agnes Apron Cafe

This cafe gives me cottage core and has vintage furniture to set the scene. It’s definitely one of the most insta-worthy hidden cafes in Jeju! Definitely give the Udo Peanut Cream Latte and Tangerine Jam Toast.

19. Hugely Jeju

Hugely cafe is popular for their Hallbong ice cream. I think the cafe’s name is perfect because it has a bigger than life LED screen on the floor showcasing the Jeju ocean. 

20. Cafe Gyukkkot Darak

Also called Cafe Tangerine Flower Attic, this Jeju coffee shop is a must-visit place for nature lovers. It’s one of the most popular cafes with both Koreans and foreigners. The theme of the cafe and food revolves around Jeju tangerines which you absolutely must eat! They have the best tangerine latte on the island.

21. Comma Jeju

This beautiful cafe reminds me a lot of some of the most Instagrammable places in Tulum. On the second floor, you’ll find nets and whips white drapes overlooking the ocean. They also have an instagram worthy swing overlooking the ocean. Legit, this photo spot in Jeju is one you shouldn’t miss!

22. Osulloc Tea Museum

The Osulloc Tea Museum in Jeju is popular for its beautiful green tea fields and delicious green tea ice cream. It’s popular with tourists so be sure to stop by early in the day or an hour before the cafe closes.
