The beach serves as a location for several events such as the Busan Sea Festival. It has several amenities such as foot baths, showers, and restaurants. Undeniably, it’s super popular on Instagram for wedding photos, sunset, and sunrise photos as well. Dadaepo Beach is considered one of the best beaches in Busan.
Gamcheon Culture Village
The Gamcheon Culture Village is a rainbow-colored village built into the foothills of a coastal mountain. Gamcheon Village is also known as the “Machu Picchu of Busan.” Alleys are vibrantly decorated with murals and sculptures created by the residents. Many of the most insta-worthy cafes are located here. A popular spot is at the highest point of the village where the Little Prince statue is.
Surprisingly, the best view of the village is from Cafe Avant Garde. You can enjoy panoramic views from the balcony.
Gwangalli Beach

Haedong Yongguungsa was built during the Goryeo Dynasty. The temple is one of the most picturesque spots during Buddha’s Birthday with all the brightly colored lanterns.
Haeundae Beach
Firstly, this is the most famous beach in Busan. Many Koreans flock to the seaside every summer and hotels and pensions rise up to greet the guests.
Haeundae Sky Capsule
The Haeundae Beach Train is a popular choice for beautiful scenery along the seaport city. This unique experience will take you around the coast of Busan. It takes about 30 minutes to go one way and costs about 50,000 won for round trip.
Oedo Island
This is a bit of a day trip from Busan, but it is an incredibly beautiful place to go. It’s pretty much a European style garden on top of a bunch of rocks in the middle of the ocean. You can book a special Oedo day tour from Busan here. Trust me, it’s worth the visit.
Oryukdo Skywalk
This beautiful coastal walk includes free admission onto a glass walkway. From here you can see Oryukdo Island which is a group of rocky islands off the southern coast of Busan. I think this is one of the most unique attractions and Instagram worthy places in Busan.
Songdo Beach
The Songdo Cable Car is one of the main draws because of the amazing sea view. This is one of the best things to do for the best views of Busan. From the Songdo Sky Park trail has a curved shape similar to a dragon.
Taejongdae Resort Park
The park has stunning view of the Busan coastline including a beautiful lighthouse overlooking the sea. The famous Sinseon Rock has a statue called Mangbuseok. It tells a sad story of a woman who waited for her husband after he had been stolen away to Japan.
Yeongdo Island
This is a small island off the coast of Busan which is a great place for water sports. It is one of Busan’s overlooked and underrated travel spots. It is connected to the main city through Yeongdo Bridge. You can take 190 direct bus for a weekend trip.
Make sure you hang out on Taejondae which has an observatory, and a recreation area. You can take in the whimsical panoramic views of Busan’s coast. Secret places like Yeongdo Island are seriously the best!
Yongdusan Park
The main attraction here is the Busan Diamond Tower. The tower stands at about 120m tall. Public transportation is the best way to get here. The entire area spans about 69,000 square meters and will also give you great views of the city.
Yeongdodaegyo Bridge
